Shipman Auto Parts was founded by Charley Shipman in 1935. Four generations later Shipman Auto Parts remains on of the premier auto recyclers in Minnesota today.
Shipman Auto Parts encompasses approximately 13 acres of land with approximately 1200 cars in the yard at all times. Inventory at Shipmans has come along way over the years. From "Look over there in the chevy row" to inventory on paper with location of all the cars to a computerized inventory system with multiple search engines.
Shipman Auto is also well know throughout Central Minnesota as a premier Western Snowplow distributor selling quality Western Plows, parts, and ice control equipment since 1970. Over the years the plows have changed but one thing is certain the service to our customers will always be a high priority.
Whether it is 1936 or present day, 85 degrees and sunny, 20 below zero and snowing, Shipman Auto Parts remains the same company putting customers first. Devoting their time and energy to be Central Minnesotas premier automotive recycler.
